The included activities at the 2016 conference put networking at the forefront of the culinary-focused agenda. All activities are optional, but give you more options to connect with and meet culinarians from around the globe in a relaxing environment.


Head down a little early for a light breakfast on Monday and hearty discussions with attendees and speakers throughout the week. Conference staff will lead general discussions about your business that will garner ideas and insight from your peers. Tuesday and Wednesday will be serving up refreshments before diving into breakfast-related sessions. Join the discussion or just come to listen – you're bound to enter the morning sessions feeling inspired!


Provided each day between sessions, you'll enjoy a casual lunch that will introduce you to trending concepts in service style, menu creation, or ingredient use. This is also a great opportunity for you to meet other attendees and see what's successful in their markets.

Choose from two select local catering facility tours, purchase tickets to tour destinations throughout Washington DC, or take the afternoon off to enjoy your own adventure.
