Culinary Hands-on Experience
All Day | $129
Held at Stratford University

This day-long program will include hands-on sessions covering topics such as garde manger, plant-based entrées, classic desserts with a twist, and menu inspiration from the Silk Road. Space in this unique hands-on program is limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Tickets MUST be purchased by 7/29 (if not sold out prior to) to participate in this program, so register and get yours today!

Transportation to and from this event will be provided from the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown hotel. Chefs, please bring your own knifes.

Produced by Occasions Caterers, the optional Tuesday night event at AOCF2016 will take over Dock Five, an industrial chic warehouse connected to DC’s Union Market, for a high-energy party
showcasing local flavors and the flare of the nation’s capital.

Engage with culinarians from across the country as you enjoy fresh seafood, interactive chef stations, innovative presentation ideas and custom buffets, including life-like displays of national monuments, an interactive ferris wheel, and features that will peak your patriotism!

This optional party will give you inspiration for your catered events while creating memorable experiences you’ll remember long after AOCF2016 is over.
